FAQs

You can choose! Book in for an hour or two depending on your dogs needs. We’re flexible, so however long you would like your dogs adventure to be, we’ll aim to accommodate this! Please note, in hot weather (above 26 degrees) or severe storms walks may be shorter if it is not deemed to be safe for the dog to be exposed to the conditions for the full time.

The location of your dogs walk will depend on the location of the dogs being walked. In general will group up dogs local to each other and choose a suitable location for this location and the weather on the day. If you select a 1-2-1 walk, we can walk in a local area of your choice. We love to adventure and will always choose a fun and scenic walk for your dogs enjoyment.

Dogs over 40kg can only be booked after discussion with Kate and Asha first. Dogs with aggressive tendencies will not be accepted, this is for the safety of the other dogs in the group and the safety of the walker. All dogs MUST be healthy, wormed, without flees and fully vaccinated. If you have a bitch who is in season, but needs exercising, we will be happy to train and play within the grounds of your home, but she will not be able to take part in a group walk.

We’ll only feed suitable treats for your dog during the walk. Please let us know if they have allergies and we’ll ensure we do not give them any food or treats which will not be suitable for them.

Absolutely. We know how important it is that both you and your dog enjoy the walk and if you’d feel more comfortable joining us for the first walk, please feel free! We’ll enjoy your company!

Absolutely. We can collect your four legged friend from almost any location. Just let us know and we’ll be there!

We will be happy to accommodate your dogs needs. We have experience with nervous and anxious dogs and will do our best to ensure they have a pleasant and relaxing adventure. We do recommend that dogs with anxiety have 1-2-1 walks to maximise their enjoyment and keep them feeling relaxed.

Our price is set per dog and we cannot reduce the group rate lower than this due to our running costs.

Dogs with specific needs such as seniors will be better suited to a private walk where they can get the focused attention they deserve. We will walk as slowly as your dog requires.. if they’re small enough we’ll even carry them if they get tired!

Yes! Every walk, we’ll send you a picture message of your furry friend enjoying their walk, because we all love to know what our pooches are up to while we’re not around!

We cover Poole Town, Lower Parkstone, Upton, Creekmoor, Lilliput, Hamworthy and Oakdale. At this time we cannot collect from Canford Heath and Branksome.

We are usually available on bank holidays! Give us a call and we’ll do our best to fit your doggy in!
